The room was spacious and clean, and the location was good. However, the room lacked air conditioning and was oppressively stuffy. The staff was unable to offer any solution, like a fan. Also, the "breakfast" was a joke -- a vending machine with a voucher code that there was apparently no way to use. Don't stay here in the summer, and don't bother with the breakfast.

Simply, awesome chain. They care about the details and very responsive via WhatsApp. The digital experience (chatbot) was great and the agents were helpful. They offered me upgrades and made my stay really easy. Choose the front bloc if you have extra luggage since no elevator in the back block.

We had to reschedule very short notice but the service was incredibly helpful and nice!!! We had a very pleasant stay! We had a deluxe room and it was very spacious and the interior was clean and nice. The location of the Bloq in Frankfurt is perfect with good public transportation options and walking distance from the city and the river. I would very much recommend it.

Amazing place, very clean, has everything you might need, great location! everything is digitalized, stuff is available 24/7 on Whats app; i had few questions and they responded me immediately. The place is VERY spacious, four of us stayed comfotably in a one-bedroom flat for 4 days. highly recommended 👍🏼

The pillows are the fluffiest I have ever felt. Everything was OK. We got along well. It was warm, that climate is needed in the summer. The ventilator helped. We liked the breakfast very much. Thank you for your stay. We will be happy to come next time when there is an opportunity.

It was amusing, but the payment is only digital. I wish you guys have a pos payment. There was enough kitchen stuff in the room the fridge works perfectly. There was a good guy who was assisting us, also the manager is good person thanks guys see you soon.
