On the 25th floor, the family can live in a large room with a wide view and overlooking the Frankfurt city. Pretty good! The surrounding area is very close to the train station, check-in point and shopping center. very convenient!
Hilton Frankfurt City Centre

Frankfurt City Centre (Old Town)
This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.
The Westin Grand Frankfurt

The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

Frankfurt City Centre (Old Town)
Only good thing about the hotel is location. Located by the main shops. From the outside the hotel looks fine. Arrival to reception was ok fairly clean. Received key to room as there was 3 of us we knew one of the party was to sleep on a sofa bed (which was more like just a sofa) When entering the room there was a strange smell. The room did look like the walls and ceiling had been painted. However the carpet was just dirty, stains all over it. Splashes of paint where there hadn’t been clearly any sheets laid down and generally carpet was an eye sore. There was a Kitchenette. Kettle, toaster. No plates and no mugs. Three glasses and one was definitely not clean. The worst was yet to come. Opened the fridge…… left over milk, juice, take out chicken and McDonald’s box which none of us wanted to open to experience what was inside. This could have been left from previous guests but who knows how long it had been there . Clearly the cleaner hadn’t checked on this, which then made us all doubt the cleanliness of the whole room. To be fair bed linen did look clean but didn’t give much assurance. Bathroom was ok. Shower surprisingly good but definitely not the best bathroom. Hair dryer didn’t have anything about it and overheated after about a minute. Sleep value awful. Bed surprisingly comfy. But the noise from outside was horrific which led to dreadful sleep. It went on all night. Such a shame as hotel location was brilliant and hotel cleanliness let itself down. I wouldn’t rush back.
JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt

Frankfurt City Centre (Old Town)
I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.
Hotel Forty Four

Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof
**All my reviews are written in a way that is fair and unbiased** ***Stop**** If you are thinking of taking your family and have young children or are a recovering victim of drug abuse, domestic violence/sex trafficking if you suffer depression and anxiety this may not be the ideal hotel for you especially if you are triggered easily by any of the previously listed. Upon arrival at the hotel, the smells are of various tobacco smokes, drugs and urine. The street at which the hotel is located is in the heart of the red light district which is a very loud and vibrant street. If you wish to visit those attractions the hotel is well located for all your needs but don't expect to get much sleep. The reception desk as you walk in is fine and the gentleman at the front desk is very pleasant and friendly. He spoke fluent English enough to have a conversation. I was pleasantly surprised how many more of the people in Frankfurt were fluent in English than in Berlin. I went to my room and had issues using the door mechanism and had to have the man at the front desk show me how the mechanism works. Upon entering the hotel room itself it was very clean and well kept, the TV was large and in working order. I really appreciated that they had international news channels available for my language. The bathroom had been very well equipped to modernise and was very big. I found that there were no hand soap available after using the toilet and when I went to use the shower who ever fixed the shower head holder instead of putting a new one in place where the old one had broken put a new one on lower down and now the shower head points below the shower curtain meaning the floor got flooded after one shower. The first night trying to sleep was one of the worst hotel experiences I personally have ever had. Due to the hotel being located next to a ******* the music shook the room and was auditable through out the night up until 7am . I woke up with neck ache as the pillows were not solid enough to comfort the neck and I then suffered a migraine. I slept partially waking up through the night just to try to sleep again with this happening repeatedly. People were shouting in the hallway with no respect for other guests and eating food that smelt revolting. Through the night and through the day people could be heard shouting outside and the screams of heroin addicted **********s getting beaten by their pimps and screaming crack addicts were regular. I stepped outside and right away could see heroin addicts burning drugs on spoons and crack pipes being lit right outside the hotel reception doors. People purposely tried to stare me out as I walked down the road probably looking for a fight. I definitely could tell the area is anything but safe or child friendly. The bathroom was reported and the gentleman at the front desk was apologetic but couldn't do anything until the next morning by the second night putting my head to the pillow hearing those same screams, shout
