found the room to be really spacious, nice, and clean. However, there were a few minor issues. The guest toilet lacked a trash can, the safety box wasn't working properly, and there was still some trash left in the kitchen bin. Additionally, the socket for the TV power was not functional, and only one socket next to it worked, preventing me from plugging in my laptop to the tv in the living room. I do not recommend room service food. The currywurst and burger were quite bad, and I didn't feel well for the rest of the day after eating them. On a positive note, the front desk reception was excellent. They were very understanding when I requested an upgrade and provided a really nice room for a reasonable fee. The price is quite high, likely due to the European Cup. Despite the issues, I would consider staying here again if the price is more reasonable.

The hair dryer is not working and waited for the serviceman to come (within 25min) Waited 30min and call and nobody pickup. Rushing for breakfast and going to airport. Don’t have time to wait for the servicemen and in the end never dry the long hair.  Hope that the hotel can keep the airport shuttle bus service for coming years. I dont mind to pay a bit more for it.

The hotel location is near the train station. The hotel service is quite good. Breakfast is nice. The room facility is good. The only problem from hotel was the overcharge which Trip.com solved the problem very quickly and easily.

Very very close and convenient to station.not to far a walk to nachtleben and shops, most of the staff are really nice and helpful. There's a coffee machine in lobby, and the pool are is ok . Its a basic byisness hotel so for what it is I can't fault it. I've used before and will return happily. The double rooms are spacious. and the single are always fine.

personally, I find a bit dangerous for a single lady traveller. the uber driver did not alight me in front of the hotel and is block by construction which I walk around to find the entrance. interior is nice and comfortable.

Free use of the minibar (bubble water, coke, juice, beer) The space is large and comfortable. The clothes cabinet is very suitable for permanent residence. The tram downstairs is very convenient to enter the city or go to other places. It is very convenient to walk near the river bank. Shopping and eating around are also very convenient.

A bare bones business hotel. Amenities need to be requested at the front desk. Not much options in the immediate area around the hotel for restaurants. The closest are at up the road at the nearest intersection. Breakfast is nice. Though the walls are thin. Didn't get a full bed, but two smaller ones pushed next to each other.

Great location near the airport - easy 1 subway station on the S8 or S9 trains at reduced fare ticket option. Hotel located right next to one of the exits. Easy check-in, clean rooms, wifi good, as expected of a Hyatt Place brand. Did not try the breakfast or in-hotel restaurant. Did not see any 24-hr convenience stores nearby though. Good and value-for-money option as a near-enough airport hotel. Hotels right at the airport at more than double the price.

The location was perfect near the main train station and breakfast was really delicious only the room cleaning are not ok they're cleaning the room daily even you request they said no you need to wait one day then they can clean your room
