During the book fair, due to the surge in demand for rooms, the room rates also rose, reaching a high price of 1,500 yuan. Although I understand that this is the result of market supply and demand, the room conditions did not match the price, which was disappointing. The facilities inside the room were simple and the sanitary conditions were also worrying. In particular, the presence of bedbugs not only affected my sleep quality, but also caused me to have allergies due to insect bites, which undoubtedly cast a shadow on the book fair trip that should have been pleasant. Such an accommodation experience is in sharp contrast to the high price, which is unacceptable. I hope that the hotel can pay attention to and improve these problems to ensure that every guest can enjoy the comfort and safety that matches their price.

Love the hotel location, easy access to the city center with restaurants and bars around. The room is modern and clean with good facilities. You can find a hairdryer, clothes streamer, coffee maker, water boiler and other useful stuff. The toiletries are surprisingly good quality and I'll give 4.5 points. The staff are also friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back to Avani for my next stay in frankfurt.

I find the hotel is very quiet and super location for going every way also the breakfast is super nice the price is bit high but I like is all fresh food, also the reception man and the light shift Ali both of them is very helpful, they are great service and help me to get a prefect room !! I will stay again

They gave me a room facing the street, So with the smoking kids shouting out there, it was quite noisy. And there is no phone in the room. I got what I wanted through trips' customer service which was really fast and I am grateful for. But the location is superb. And it's the typical Moxy style. Simple but but chic and clean enough.

Everything was perfect, but it was ruined by this gentleman. The reason was that we needed to store our luggage, but the hotel's front desk on duty in the morning did not allow us to store our luggage, because the only three large lockers that could store luggage were full. But their booking website said that they provide hotel storage services. We said that we have a lock and can lock three suitcases together and we are responsible for the safety of the suitcases. We hope to put the suitcases in the baggage room because it is a large room. We confirmed with him three times, and he always said ”no, you are not allowed/you can put it other places not here/the only option is the train station.” I went to the hotel manager to confirm whether we can store our luggage. She immediately said yes, you can store it directly at the front desk, and took out the luggage storage sticker and luggage collection receipt, that is, all the procedures are mature and standardized. So we have reason to suspect that this staff member is deliberately making things difficult for us, and even suspected of racial discrimination. The other staff members I met after checking in were very friendly, but this person completely destroyed the image of the hotel.

The two men at the reception were very friendly. There was a large-scale strike going on in Germany at the time, but they were happy to help with questions about transportation to the airport and other matters. Facilities included the bare minimum, and the room was simple. The elevator was broken, so they carried my luggage up to my room, but I had to carry it myself when I checked out. I was on the second floor, so it was fine, but if I'd been on the third floor or so it would have been quite difficult to carry heavy luggage down.

1. Sometimes the hotel staffs are the nicest people in the world. And sometimes, they are the rudest at this place. I sent them 3 emails, but I never heard back from them. So I called them to make sure my requests were in the system. It took me few tries. One staff picked up, I never expect the staffs to be my friends, nor do I want them, however this person decided to have Korean drama brawl over the phone with me. Rude hotel staff(rhs): Guten morgen Atrium Hotel. Me: Guten morgen, I am sorry do you speak English? RHS: ...I am listening Me: Hi, I have a reservation from then to then. My name is so and so. I sent emails before but... RHS: Name Me: I'm sorry? RHS: I asked for your name. Your last name. Me: oh it's so and so. RHS: Wait, I saw your emails. Me: good, then can I... RHS: if you have written to us, why are you wasting my time again? Me: I'm sorry what? RHS: ugh (hangs up) Then he unhooks the phone, and I couldn't reach them for 6 hours. After that, even though the hotel was great, other staffs were fantastic, my experience with this hotel was all overshadowed. 2. Beware if you are staying in Frankfurt, near the Frankfurt am Hbf, the central station, is NOTORIOUS for being dangerous. This hotel happens to be just outside of the dangerous part of it, but it is close enough. If you are from major cities in US, Frankfurt is nothing, but it's something to consider. 3. Do not take the AC for the granted, I was foolish to think my Frankfurt hotel experience was gonna be transferable for the rest of my trip in Europe. Just because most Western Europe winter can be brutal, does not mean the summer is going to be easy to get by, and believe me, YOU WILL WANT THE AC.

This is a 3-star hotel and we did not expect much from staying in this hotel. The location is excellent but it is really noisy with passing tram cars and trains all the time. Hotel lift was also not working during half of my stay. The hotel does provide breakfast which is a plus point.

I love everything about this hostel except the big guy was so rude. I don't know how to check in and made some mistakes, but the guy got angry and asked me to register again without any help. After few failed attempts, finally he help me to settle down. I wonder why at the 1dt place he didn't help instead of get angry. Very rude. The other reception was friendly
