Very cute hotel, clean, very chilled and comfortable! What makes it special is amazing people who work there making your stay memorable and pleasant!

Beautiful place, new clean and modern. Within walking distance to the high street and on a nice quiet street. Very friendly manager and staff, lovely pool area.

Our group of 11 guests occupied six rooms during our stay. We would like to commend the staff at theLAB, who were exceptional in their efforts to meet our needs and handled various situations with professionalism. The breakfasts were particularly outstanding. Regrettably, our overall experience was marred by numerous issues in each of the rooms we occupied. Below are specific examples: Blocked toilets Non-functional lights, both manually and via smart technology Blinds that failed to operate Outside lights that could not be turned off, resulting in excessive brightness in pool-facing rooms, which disrupted sleep. One staff member had to return after midnight to assist with this issue. Showers with either very low water pressure or complete failure; when relocated to another room, the shower conditions were similarly inadequate, leaving guests exposed while using the facilities. Staff were unable to resolve maintenance issues such as fixing lights or connecting them to smart applications. Inconsistencies in room amenities, such as kettles present without accompanying tea or coffee supplies. In summary, while theLAB is marketed as a high-tech, upscale hotel, our experience did not reflect the value we expected for our investment. I asked for my feedback to be forwarded to the owner, and was promised a call from him. That was last month. I've heard nothing. It's a pitty.

Really refreshing accommodation, very cool concept with all the automation features.Terence, Sheldon and the Spa ladies were great. Room was awesome. Comfortable bed and really great shower. Was too chilly to use the pool but did use the jacuzzi and was a good way to end off the stay. Walking distance to the Main Road with safe parking. Will definitely be back

The faulty door lock required multiple attempts to open, as the code often failed to work. Furthermore, we faced a severe issue with water pressure, making showering a frustrating experience 90% of the time. To make matters worse, a 21st birthday party was booked on our final night, directly outside my mother's room. The loud music, rowdy guests, and explicit language created a disturbing atmosphere. Despite our disappointment, the manager's response was dismissive, merely nodding when we expressed our concerns. We were forced to confine ourselves to our room, and my mother could barely hear her TV due to the noise. Our experience was utterly unacceptable, and we cannot recommend this place to anyone. We will never book here again."

We enjoyed it so much. Everything you could wish for: a beautiful contemporary hotel, delicious breakfast and coffee, very hospitable and everything perfectly arranged. And in beautiful surroundings too...
