Schon beim Checkin fällt das veraltete und unstimmige Ambiente auf, Edv in zeitlupe, Personal wenig freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer: naja. In dieser Preislage gibt es besseres. Die gesamte Ausstattung nicht zeitgemäß, Brausekopf im Bad mit Kabelbinderbefestigt, fremde Haare an den Fliesen, Sauberkeit istanders. Housekeeping ist entweder taubstumm oder nicht befähigt Gästezu grüssen. Die beworbene Sauna war schon belegt, das Schwimmbad nur noch kurz geöffnet. Zu frü gefreut. Das Durchschnittsalter der Gäste dürfte über 70 jahre liegen, überhaupt herscht die Anmutung eines geriatrischen Sanatoriums vor. Das Frühstück am Katzentisch wurde von den lauten Erzählungen des Parkplatzwächters begleitet, Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen weit unterdurchschnittlich. Fazit: In der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge bessere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten.

Trotz einiger schlechter Bewertungen hier, haben wir das Hotel übers Wochenende gebucht und sind positiv Überrascht worden. Das Hotel ist sauber, Zimmer groß, Betten sehr bequem, das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, es gab sogar Rühreier/Spiegeleier. Obst, Käse, Marmelade, Wurst. Saft und Kaffee vom Automaten, aber trotzdem gut. Es wurde auch laufend aufgefüllt. Am Abreisetag waren wir sehr spät Frühstücken, trotdem ist nichts ausgegangen. Das Personal war sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Klientel des Hotels ist wohl eher 70+, viele Leute mit Rollator bzw Gehstöcke, wir waren mit einem Alter im 50er Bereich doch eher die jüngere Generation. Wellness und Spa können wir nicht beurteilen. Diese wollten wir buchen ( 2 Monate im vorraus), konnte uns aber nicht zugesagt werden und 1 Woche vor Anreise auch abgesagt. Das Hallenbad ist klein, aber zum Abkühlen ausreichend. Der Parkplatz mit 8€/ Tag nicht unbedingt günstig, aber dafür abgesperrt.

Wir waren gestern dort , haben eingecheckt und durch Zufall ist uns am Kissen ein käfer aufgefallen , den haben wir dann weg . Dann haben wir die Decke hochgehoben und dort drin war der nächste käfer , dieser ist Richtung Matratze gelaufen . Als wir diese hochhoben waren dort sehr viele käfer , so eine Art durchsichtiger silberfische , auf beiden Seiten. Nun sind wir runter und haben bescheid gesagt , Mitarbeiterin war genervt aber gab uns ein neues Zimmer. Dort haben wir nun gleich geschaut und es waren wieder käfer dort und die matratzen auch voller Haare. So beschlossen wir wieder zu gehen . Es gab eine grosse Diskussion und wir mussten trotzdem über die Hälfte bezahlen, weil wir die Zimmer ja angeblich benutzt hätten . Was garnicht so sein kann , denn wir waren 1 Stunde im hotel . Wie kann es denn sein dass jemand so unfreundlich und frech ist . Wir können doch nicht auf käfern schlafen ...
