Of one star because you can't do less. We stayed in the suite with an 8 month old girl, to have more space: the space in the bed area was SMALLER than a standard one. There was so little space around the bed that the fridge door was bumping against the bed. The air conditioner was aimed at the bed and blew unbearably cold air in my face, also because the internal flaps were BROKEN and couldn't be adjusted. Terribly DIRTY. Stained carpet, stained sofa, stained door. A mess. As if that wasn't enough, in the hotel's garden bar, under our window, they played disco MUSIC at full volume until 00:30 for (a few) external customers. When we called, they said the hotel was full and no one had complained. They didn't care at all about the INCONVENIENCE they were causing (especially with a very small child) and which no one had warned us about. In the morning at breakfast (canned corn flakes, packaged biscuits, a nutellina and a jam) we realized that the ONLY table set was ours, as was the car in the parking lot! The hotel was EMPTY and now I honestly understand why! Run away like hell and even if it were the only hotel in the world, rather SLEEP IN THE CAR!

The structure is very nice and certainly in the summer it can be appreciated much more also given the large garden and swimming pool. I stayed with my family in a very spacious quadruple room also equipped with an outdoor terrace, which however is poorly maintained and accessible from all the other adjacent rooms. It was also not the best of comfort as the mattresses were very bad, especially that of the sofa bed, it felt like sleeping on a fakir's bed. The breakfast was just as bad: tarts and packaged donuts from the supermarket are offered, but the real culmination is the family-sized Kinder Brioss still left packaged on the buffet table. There was no trace of croissants, fruit or salty. But I feel like breaking a lance in favor of the staff as they have always been kind and courteous towards us. But I certainly would not recommend anyone to stay here until the above services are significantly improved.

Unfortunately I find myself having to correct a review I made in 2019 for my 30th birthday party, with which I was very satisfied, to the point of having also recommended the property to friends and relatives...unfortunately making a big mistake: Saturday 11th /06 we are celebrating my cousin's 30th birthday here....A COMPLETE DISASTER!!!! Counted food, requested over and over again, and SERIOUS mistake with a vegetarian menu requested for a Muslim guest (who cannot eat pork) who finds a nice piece of bacon in the first course (I underline that due to their religion it's a SIN). We pointed out all these problems to Giuliana who urged the kitchen and apologised, saying that she had told the kitchen to bring out more dishes but no additional food arrived. The pandemic period has certainly done its damage but if you are not able to manage 3 events (there were an 18th, a 30th and an 80th) together do not accept reservations because you will lose loyal or potential customers and above all it is really ridiculous " make it up to you" by discounting 100 euros on a total of 1350 euros that you collected for the event. I'm sorry but for the service rendered you didn't deserve more than 15 euros per person, anything other than 40!!!!! Never see each other again!!!! Ps. we also had a disabled guest who couldn't find the dedicated bathroom and/or they didn't show it to him...be careful!!!!

Struttura ottima. Stanze ampie e confortevoli dotate di tutti i servizi (tv, ascigacapelli, aria condizionata, wifi, finestre a doppio vetro, bagno con finestra, ecc.). Ottimo il servizio, la pulizia e la cortesia dello staff. Buona la prima colazione. Dispone di un ampio parcheggio ed è collocato in una posizione strategica: non lontano da Roma e centrale rispetto a tutte le mete turistiche dei Castelli Romani. Bellissima la veduta su Roma.
