Super 8 by Wyndham Freeport

Super nice check in people and owner.the owner did everything in his power to make sure our stay was good. I loved the jacuzzi in my room and appreciated the daily housekeeping. Many restaurants very nearby and and adequate breakfast at the hotel. We'd come back.

This was a very nice room. Roomy with a 2 seat couch with a coffee table plus 2 other tables. There was a bar dividing the room so it seemed like a living room and a bedroom. The bar had a small sink and a microwave. The sink in the bathroom was sparkling and spacious. I found the afternoon staff and the morning staff to both be friendly. One of the nicer places we have stayed and I got a great price.

Despite some of the bad reviews, this hotel delivered. There was no Incidental hold. The facilities & the service was fine.a++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I booked this Super 8 in a great location with a Starbucks and even department stores nearby. I was really unhappy with the room and checked out my reservation a few days early and headed to my next destination early. I was in an anxious hurry with my own business, so I submitted my feedback through the app -- I booked with their app -- Their only response was a full refund of my stay. I keep my rating because the more detailed comments from past guests are accurate.

Nasty place, there are blood stains on the floor and they make you make your own bed but that’s not the worst of it. Make sure not to come here they told me the price for 2 nights was 198$ with tax but checked my bank account and they charged me 400$ for 2 nights. Well I checked out the same night I checked in.

I am not want to complain, but I stayed here multiple times and this last time my stay was very unpleasant. The rooms were not clean they weren’t sanitary. The mirrors were dirty. They gave you one of each towel for a double room. I had no Kleenex. There was boxes, in the hallways, there was plywood in the stairwell there was plywood leaned up against the wall numbers were taped on the rooms have the rooms the doors it is shut all the way my room smell like mildew and then when it came time for breakfast they were out of everything all they had was juice and then when it came to the staff, you didn’t know if it was staff or someone staying there because they were not in uniform. It just was a very unpleasant stay.
