My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming during check-in, setting a positive tone from the moment I arrived. The buffet breakfast offered a wide array of delicious choices, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others seeking a top-notch hospitality experience.

The aparthotel is located just outside the city center in a newer area where all the buildings are new and there is still a lot of construction going on. The location was quiet and I really liked it. Supermarkets and trams nearby. The room was clean and absolutely sufficient for me. Only points of criticism: Nespresso machine available but no capsule. Capsules are available in packs of 10 in supermarkets. For a stay of 2 days rather nothing. No kettle. The mattresses were hard and the pillows so soft that one could have slept without them. I would book here again for 1-2 nights.

Convenient location, 5 minutes from the tram station, warm front desk, spacious lobby, clean rooms, quiet and safe surroundings, opposite the station is kaufland supermarket.

It's close to Freiburg train station. There's a supermarket inside the station. There's a refrigerator, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with everything needed for a short trip. Coffee and tea were available free. Unfortunately, the lady was unfriendly at the weekend and made it difficult for us to check in. We would prefer to cancel the accommodation immediately, which was not possible. All other staff were premature and helpful, and we have still enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very new, and the location is excellent. There are supermarkets and restaurants around! The front desk is also very friendly. It was a great stay! It's just that the parking fee of 19€ a day is a bit high! Overall, it can be recommended!

Good location. Near public transport and with a supermarket in front. If you are in car there is a 200 metres gasoline. wide room and food. Correct beds. Improveable coats. Bath OK with water pressure OK and heat-cool ok. The hotel was very friendly and very friendly.

Very good location near Münster and Old Town. Modern rooms with good bed, bathroom with rain shower, air conditioning. Unfortunately, the cost brake of management is clearly at the expense of the guests: 1. The aircone operating overnight is down at night - so exactly when you need it! The reception is clearly known and is noticed without regret with a axle cushion. 2. In a house that requires almost € 200/Nacht parking, an adequate quality breakfast with some ”extra” should be compulsory. This is where breakfast is well organized at first sight, although it is well organized, But unfortunately 3* is standard. The hot dishes (e.g. rhein, spice, sauce, pancakes etc.) are quality simple and already cold at 8:30. As well, selection and quality of sauce, cheese and fruit are simple. The quite ordinary coffee is taken out of the machine.

Good environment and convenient transportation. The health is very good and the service attitude is great.
