Stayed three night ,room very clean and even had a balcony.Breakfast had a good choice and we had dinner twice . Pool was very clean , we had no complaints. Everyone we talked to was very nice. Very good value for the money.

Great iBIS Location central, this hotel offers style and budget and safe parking. This hotels lovely very comfortable and generally clean. Location is exceptional and we enjoyed visiting the local eateries and bars that offer a broad range of French cuisines. Highly recommended for travellers travelling to Frejus.

It's kind of hard to make a judgment about this hotel. My stay was fine. The room was tiny, but clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a small balcony, but it faced the main road. In the hotel there was a restaurant of the chain Courtepaille, which offers very basic French cuisine. Probably most striking was the hotel's confusing color scheme: a little candy-colored Disney world perhaps sums it up best. I wondered throughout the stay who the target audience was supposed to be. There were certainly any children to be seen. But the biggest minus point was probably the location. You are neither in the city, nor at the harbor, nor in nature. There is a supermarket, a Burger King and a few other stores within walking distance, but why one should stay in this corner of Fréjus of all places remained a mystery to me. It was admittedly a bit depressing. The hotel was booked for me by a client, but I don't think I would come back again if I had the choice.

Small but clean rooms, but personal items stolen. Discovered upon returning home that at €400 pair of sunglasses were stolen from my handbag. What a shame to ruin what had been an amazing trip to the South of France.

A very stylised and pleasant Ibis hotel. Very well located - easily accessed from the motorway and yet only a short walk from Fréjus port and 20 minutes walk from the beach. Plenty of free parking. Very helpful staff - especially in the bar restaurant. And most made up for our inadequate French with their good English, The rooms are well equipped, and the beds, as always in Ibis hotels, are very comfortable. Free wifi throughout the hotel.

We needed to find a hotel for one night in a place not too far from our final destination, not too expensive. Objective achieved. Rather easy to access, it doesn't take long from the motorway exit and very, very little time to find yourself at the port of Frejus where you can go for a walk along the seafront. The night was good and very comfortable, breakfast plentiful. All we needed was a bit of heat and sun. But there's not much to do there

Réservation de deux chambres effectuée 15 j avant le séjour et malgré tout nous nous sommes retrouvés à côté de l'ascenseur..tres très bruyant !impossible de dormir pour les enfants et les adultes. Le lendemain nous sommes descendus prendre le petit déjeuner à 9 h 15, remontés à 9 h 30..et là plus d'affaires !.. elles avaient été enlevées et ramenées à l'accueil pour cause de ménage ! Une honte !

Nous avons passé un séjour dans cet hôtel Ibis, et ce fut une expérience désastreuse à tous points de vue. Les chambres sont extrêmement petites, mal insonorisées, avec une literie de très mauvaise qualité. À cela s’ajoute une vue désagréable sur la route, loin des standards attendus, même pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Mais ce qui a véritablement rendu ce séjour insupportable, c’est l’attitude de la gérante, une certaine Madame Claudie. Son comportement envers son staff est tout simplement inacceptable : elle hurle, insulte, et instaure une atmosphère détestable, y compris pour les clients. Son accueil est glacial et agressif, au point de mettre mal à l’aise tout le monde. Qu’une telle personne soit en contact direct avec la clientèle dépasse l’entendement. C’est sans aucun doute l’une des pires expériences hôtelières que nous ayons vécues. Nous déconseillons cet établissement à quiconque cherche un minimum de confort et de professionnalisme. À fuir absolument.
