Stayed 4 nights with the kids to visit my family in bay area. It is a very prime location in Fremont, so many restaurant and shop surrounding the hotel, swimming pool and gym are good for family but for a 4 years old hotel, we saw some stains and yellow molding on the wall but they tried to convinced me that those were paints and design of the closet wall paper, I will just post it here to let people judge that. be honest if it is a “design“ , then I don't really have the artistic mind to appreciate it.

for a Two small waters worth 50 cents, I condemn them for their rude, offensive and humiliating expression as they write 3 dollars to non-member guests with a contemptuous expression. I gifted two small waters as a small thank you from a non-Gold customer. I hope they are ashamed

The breakfast food was good, but the counter forgot to give the breakfast coupon, and the waiter did not confirm it. The tableware was not provided normally during the meal. It was only served after being reminded. This kind of service insists on charging a tip.
