Located at Peek 'n Peak Ski Resort & Spa in Clymer, NY. This is the only condo (8280) for rent with its own hot tub that is on the ski slopes. Five bedrooms, three and a half baths, sleeps 18. This Condo is meant for large groups. It is located ON the ski slopes and it has a view of the 9th tee at the front. Privately owned and operated. First floor: New large flat screen TV in living room, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, master bedroom with King and single sleeper sofa, full bath with walk-in shower and separate tub, washer and dryer and extra half bath. Living room has single sleeper sofa. Upper floor: Three bedrooms. First bedroom is an enclosed loft bedroom with a queen bed and TV with DVD player. Second bedroom has full trundle bed on top with twin pull out underneath. New flat screen TV. This bedroom also has another twin bed. Third bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. Full bath with double sinks and a new flat screen TV. LOWER LEVEL: Walk out basement to the ski slopes. 5th bedroom with full bed and new flat screen TV and adjacent full bath with shower. Second living room with new flat screen TV. Second set of washer and dryer. Second refrigerator. Pool table. Queen sleeper sofa and single sleeper sofa. 50% payment required to secure rental. Overall the property was worn and needing of upgrades ie living room furniture. Rug needed cleaning. Also when we arrived there were little or no paper products, hand soap etc.The owner did respond quickly and had supplies delivered in the morning.

Perfect location to view an eclipse. Probably even better for skiing. We chose this property because of its location in the band of totality for eclipse of 4/8/24 and because it boasted the only private hot tub on the slopes. Neither the cosmos nor the hot tub disappointed us. It wasn't ski season, but we truly did not realize that ski-in/ski-out meant that the slope was literally in the backyard. Those who used the pool at the lodge absolutely loved it. The promo info says the condo sleeps 16; we were 15 and it worked for us. The Full/trundle/twin combo literally took up all of the room so we had to climb into bed from the ends which might work better for kids than adults. The kitchen was VERY well appointed. All in all a great experience at a beautiful property that was exactly as advertised.

Great Location! We had an absolutely amazing time at this house! It was equipped with everything we needed. The location was great. There wasn’t enough snow to utilize the ski in/ski out but it was a very short drive to the main lodge. The house and property were just beautiful. We can’t wait to visit again!
