The room was clean and nice comfy beda

Room smelled bad like mildew, door was stuck very hard to open, parking lot under construction had to park @ another hotel parking lot, outside of building needed painting, very dreary, A/C was noisy and barely working properly, no Continental breakfast just coffee available, lots of rooms vacant being renovated.

The front desk service attitude is OK. Although I waited for a while when checking in, the overall process was smooth.
The room is of moderate size, with all basic facilities and the bed is quite comfortable. However, the decoration is a bit old, some details can be improved, the air conditioner is a bit loud, and the lighting is a bit dim.
