Rooms are dirty, and night receptionist is very rude he charge me double for the booking, i already paid online but he again ask me to pay at the hotel. Better to replace the night staff or train him toh good behave with the customer.

I had booked and paid for a room at the hotel through Trip. When I arrived at reception, I was kindly invited to leave, telling me that the hotel was full. It’s a real scandal knowing that the amount of the song had been taken from my account.

Une horreur et un accueil très vulgaire du veilleur de nuit menaçant insultant je pense que l’hôtel est tenu par des franchisés donc il se croient tout permis mais à ne pas recommander très sale couverture horrible rien d’un ibis budget il faudrait je pense le signalé au groupe Accord
