"This hotel was a delight: Large rooms, comfy bed, professional staff and gratis healthy hot breakfast (I.e. no fake juice; good selection fresh foods offered in their restaurant). This is a hidden gem at a very favorable price point. Also, the heater/air conditioner is independent in each room so you can adjust the room temperature to your liking...Quiet and easy to use."

"Based on the price, the expected value is very low. At nine o'clock, I went to the hotel and saw that Marriott was at the door. I thought I went to another hotel. I don't know if Ctrip's information is correct. The room is two bedrooms and one living room, two bathrooms, and a desk, and it is quiet at night. The hotel has a small pool and the room is a week around the pool. These are all good, that is, breakfast is really nothing to eat, the choice is small, and the materials are also very poor."

"The interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room.
The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property.
We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable. "

"The location of the hotel is very close to the airport, you can walk, you will be through the airport parking lot! Hotel facilities are very old, there is no service at all, enough for overnight stay at the airport!"

GGuest UserHotel location is good, get off the highway and find it quickly. Room facilities are new and sanitary conditions are good. Breakfast is simple and convenient. Due to some facilities decoration, the windows were sealed and the lighting was affected a little. The decoration starts at 8 o'clock in the morning and there will be some noise.

GGuest UserThe location is near railroad tracks so if you're a light sleeper, which I'm not, might not work for you. The layout of my room (don't know about the others) is a little problematic. There's a door to the bathroom which doesn't have a fan which automatically closes, trapping all the humidity in there. Also in my particular room, probably partially related to the last item is that there was some black mold on some of the grout. The shower curtain wasn't installed correctly so it would gradually slide towards the center, defeating the purpose of even having a curtain. It looks like there must have been some flooding at some point because the bottom of the bathroom door had a lot of water damage.
But, the worst thing was the internet connectivity. This place had the worst I've ever experienced. I tried the wired and the wireless internet and maxed out at 4Mbps. Since I remote into work, this wasn't enough to make me even remotely productive.
On the positive side, the supplied breakfast was good.
I did let the lady at the front desk know about my experience; said she let maintenance know.

GGuest UserIt was kinda on far side of Fresno but it surprisingly very clean the rooms were big . The beds were comfortable it was quiet it was a very pleasant stay .only complaint is I paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast being served u got a bag with a water a granola bar and a muffin wish these places would start serving breakfast again but overall a nice stay it was kinda in a not to great area but have stayed in way worse areas in Fresno

李李The first time I stayed at the brand hotel, the room was large but there was no coffee machine. After the check-in, the advertising mail keeps on, don't leave the email address, you may wish to leave the invalid email address when you are staying.

Nd no baggage dolly that they use to have b4 that wasn't Available either
