"Go to Yosemite to choose Fresno as a transit station, arrive at the hotel in the evening, the hotel is good, there are good restaurants nearby as a choice. By the way, I also went to target. Nice hotel choice."

"I first visited this hotel in 2018. In 2022, this hotel is suffering a little from the aftermath of the pandemic. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, 3 chairs in the room, one office type, one straight chair and one easy chair, plus a work table. Mini-fridge in the room. Garden-facing rooms have a pleasant view. There were some minor deferred maintenance issues. No daily maid service, a Covid innovation that should be reversed, IMHO. The pre-pandemic excellent breakfast has now been reduced to a minimal ”grab 'n go” bag. The 4 employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room rate on Trip.com was reduced appropriately given the reduced service. "

"Quite and comfortable room, but too late to inform no breakfast on Thanksgiving morning needs to cut a point.
Staying 5 days without housekeeping.
So, if you are picky for room cleaning, better to arrange it at the front desk."

"The interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room.
The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property.
We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable. "

"The location of the hotel is very close to the airport, you can walk, you will be through the airport parking lot! Hotel facilities are very old, there is no service at all, enough for overnight stay at the airport!"

GGuest UserHotel location is good, get off the highway and find it quickly. Room facilities are new and sanitary conditions are good. Breakfast is simple and convenient. Due to some facilities decoration, the windows were sealed and the lighting was affected a little. The decoration starts at 8 o'clock in the morning and there will be some noise.

KKEITHThe room was acceptable. However, due to their remodeling, half the parking was taken up with construction equipment. Checking back into the hotel after work at 11pm proved impossible because there was zero parking spots available. I chose to recover my bags and check out versus risk parking on the street. And they charge $10/night for parking. Hard to do when they have none available and are overbooked.

GGuest UserThe location is near railroad tracks so if you're a light sleeper, which I'm not, might not work for you. The layout of my room (don't know about the others) is a little problematic. There's a door to the bathroom which doesn't have a fan which automatically closes, trapping all the humidity in there. Also in my particular room, probably partially related to the last item is that there was some black mold on some of the grout. The shower curtain wasn't installed correctly so it would gradually slide towards the center, defeating the purpose of even having a curtain. It looks like there must have been some flooding at some point because the bottom of the bathroom door had a lot of water damage.
But, the worst thing was the internet connectivity. This place had the worst I've ever experienced. I tried the wired and the wireless internet and maxed out at 4Mbps. Since I remote into work, this wasn't enough to make me even remotely productive.
On the positive side, the supplied breakfast was good.
I did let the lady at the front desk know about my experience; said she let maintenance know.

GGuest UserIt was kinda on far side of Fresno but it surprisingly very clean the rooms were big . The beds were comfortable it was quiet it was a very pleasant stay .only complaint is I paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast being served u got a bag with a water a granola bar and a muffin wish these places would start serving breakfast again but overall a nice stay it was kinda in a not to great area but have stayed in way worse areas in Fresno

BBernice RuizOnly thing that wasn't to my liking was there was only entrance They wanted yew to enter through instead b4 they use to have a variety of entrances accessible to the hotel it was a hassle moving my belongings from the father side of the hotel nd my room was on the 3rd floor. Nd no baggage dolly that they use to have b4 that wasn't Available either

PPENGI heard from customers that the surrounding area is not very safe, so I took everything in the car to the room. Actually, it was OK, nothing happened. The room is quite big.
