The hotel is ok, the service is bad and unfriendly, they do not pay attention to you, maybe because we spoke no german, I don't know. To compare it with the nearby Grünerwald Hotel, this hotel is 2 levels below. We were expecting something else...

Wellnessbereich sehr großzügig, sauber und Getränke/Snacks werde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Essen sehr lecker. Spabereich (Massage/Kosmetik) gut. Service Rezeption nicht zufriedenstellend. Massagetermine und gebuchte Anwendungen wurde durcheinander gebracht. Upgrade auf barrierefreies Zimmer ohne zu fragen. Vergessen Rechnung am Abreisetag anzurechnen, wurde dann nachträglich kontaktiert und abgerechnet. Für 4S ist das Servicepersonal unzufriedenstellend.

Das Wochenende im Hotel Lauterbach war in jeglicher Hinsicht perfekt. Der Service, das Essen und sämtliche Details waren definitiv das Geld wert und wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ruheraum mit den Wasserbetten ist einfach phantastisch. Wir haben in der Stube gegessen, der Rostbraten hatte excellentes Fleisch.

Es ist rein optisch nicht das modernste Hotel (dafür gibt es das Fritz), dennoch mangelt es an nichts. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend hergerichtet und super sauber, das Essen ist sehr gut und auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Der Wellnessbereich ist modern gestaltet und hat genügend Liegemögkichkeiten. Wir hatten rundum einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Alle Kategorien können wir mit einem "Hervorragend" bewerten. Personal, Sauberkeit, Zimmer, Wellness-Bereich, Essen, Service. Das war absolute Spitzenklasse. Auch unsere Kolleginnen die uns das empfohlen haben, treffen die gleichen Aussagen. Das ist eine ganz tolle Arbeit, die den Preis rechtfertigt. Man bekommt immer was man bezahlt.

Wir waren schon mehrfach im Lauterbad Wellness Hotel und es war wie immer sehr erholsam und entspannt. Das Essen, das wunderbare Frühstück, Light Buffet, der Service, das nette Personal. Alles ist einfach toll und trägt zu einem schönen Aufenthalt bei. Wir werden wieder kommen!
