Our family of four including two active children stayed there in August 2024 and loved every minute. The accommodation was very spacious. modern and well equipped and we liked the lay out of the whole park. On arrival, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we found that to be the case for the whole week. The lake is amazing and ideal for swimming or taking part in the many options for enjoying the water such as kayaking or paddle boarding. These activities were also reasonably priced. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant and overall had a very active but enjoyable week away here.

We stayed in a 4 bed lodge. We were underwhelmed by the interior, it's quite dated. Not 4*, furniture hadn't been moved during cleaning, floors and corners etc. were dusty. You have to put the bed linen on yourself upon arrival? Very strange. The activities shown on the website are not at the park, you have to travel to other locations (mostly by car, not walkable) to take part in any watersports. Natura Bike Parc was great. The Spin was brilliant with a cafe bar, skate park, inflatable obstacle course. The Landal park nearby has a man made beach which was extremely busy as you'd expect on a 30° day. There'd be very little to do here in poor weather.

beautifull villa's,nce vieuw around the lake,we have a 8persons house,total full with kitchen tools,and nice livingroom and perfect sleeping bed's;a few points for wrong result,the people before our holiday are cleaning the glass and eat bords not good,and the house keeping was also not good when we arriving in our villa,we found towels and dirty sock's in de bedroom,and the cleaning was not fine,!we cleaning everything again ,also when we leave our house after the week holiday!!

Sometimes, websites are deceptive 🙄 This is how it's with this place ! it looks like you'll spend time in heaven from the website... but on the ground, always reality is always shocking 😲 Parking is free and enough, houses looks nice from outside. But they've a rude Non-profissional reception team. Always keep your food reserves and drinks with you.. as it's like in the middle of nowhere in a hard desert .. Arrived after long drive with my kid of 10 years old around 9.30 pm and they've nothing open even for snakes or sandwiches, the team working in front office is not friendly, unless to give any information if they already have any..!!! Rooms are clean, nice, good furniture, nice bath and toilets. Would never recommend it to anyone, unless he/she really wanna detachment from the planet.😔😞

Looks good but really dirty. Shocking service. All show but poor poor poor. Villa is dirty, cleaning was not done although the manager said it had been. Chewing gum in a clothes cupboard. And in kitchen. Windows covered in dog nose marks. Floors feel like walking in stones. Staying here for 11 nights. No cleaning/ no new sheets/ no new towels! Manager says only clean or change at cost and its not important how long you stay. We are a group of 6 villas, all are the same. Vile in any other location but with no competition this place won’t improve.

Très beau village de vacances. Villas à louer et hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables, bien pensées et modernes. La literie est excellentes. Le restaurant propose une belle carte à des prix raisonnables. Le pdj est excellent vraiment de qualité. Cadre impressionnant. Des paysages et vues magnifiques. Pour les arrivées, les chambres ne sont disponibles qu’à 15 heures précises ! Le personnel à la réception n’est pas très accueillant. Pas de supérette dans le domaine. Borne de charge et parking aisé. Le wellness et le spa est petit mais bien pensé. Le personnel est agréable et professionnel.

La chambre est propre, lumineuse, agréable (vue sur le lac). La restauration super bonne et le personnel très agréable. Le massage et les thermes sont excellents aussi ! Le cadre extérieur magnifique! Plein d’activités sont proposées dans les alentours !
