The hotel is an excellent place to stay. All staff friendly and helpful. Our room had a terrace with beautiful views of the town and mountains. Good choice of continental style breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Thanks to all for a lovely stay.

Einfaches Hotel in recht guter Lage, angenehmes parken. Schöner Blick über die Stadt und gutes Frühstück.Nichts Außergewöhnliches. Nach Möglichkeit Zimmer 8 nehmen, das scheint das mit dem besten Blick auf das Golfo Tal zu sein. Frühstück extra sieben Euro.

Lo mejor son las vistas, si la habitación es vista mar y las indicaciones para visitar y comer en la isla. Lo peor ha sido el trato. La persona encargada del desayuno fue bastante desagradable durante los tres días que estuvimos. Incluso uno de los días le llamó la atención a uno de nosotros, y con toda la razón, pero creemos que la persona responsable de dirigirse a los clientes ante cualquier incidencia no es ella, sino el personal de recepción. Incluso cuando recibió las disculpas por nuestra parte, seguía insistiendo hasta que provocó nuestro enfado definitivo. Además, el desayuno es más que austero, encima que es muy pobre, una de las personas que se alojaba desayunaba magdalenas y el último día ya no había. Finalmente, destacamos también que el personal de limpieza realizó tareas que nunca nos hubiéramos esperado, como por ejemplo, guardar nuestros objetos personales dentro de los cajones de la cómoda, tocar y estirar la toallas usadas cuando las íbamos a reutilizar. Es una pena que no podamos recomendar este alojamiento con las características que tiene.

Que decir de este hotel herreño y canario. Pues que ida es un encanto de persona. Su familia la ayuda sin duda alguna. Lo han pasado mal con la pandemia pero resucitando. Hotel familiar, a un paso de frontera y muy muy tranquilo. Desayuno básico pero suficiente. Estupendo hotel para repetir. Eso sí, y creo que ida me apoya, le hace falta una reformita pero , dado lo dado, con paciencia. Vale la pena, no lo duden. Ida,, un abrazo a tus padres y mucha salud.
