The breakfast buffet received praise for its variety and quality, along with positive remarks on the restaurant's ambiance and service. Guests also appreciated the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and high-quality linens.

Definitely not five star, I would say 4 star is near. Hotel is little bit outdated - i mean paint for flaking etc. Check in process was very slow and the service was good, not excellent. In pool and pool bar service was very average. Bed was great and room too! Balcony was nice but dirty and no chairs or table, why? Garden and pool and the hall of hotel was very beautiful!

Finding dog-friendly hotels is not necessarily easy but this one is perfect. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble - from finding us a room on the ground floor (much easier with well-travelled Bubble who is usually easygoing but does not like lifts and cannot walk up too many stairs because of a recent injury), to our discovering the room included two bowls and a dog blanket, a balcony to sniff the air as well as facilities for humans such as a coffee machine, a large marble-tiled bathroom with bath and shower, a very comfortable bed, sofa, a bottle of water and good wifi. The head receptionist who was so kind making sure we got that ground floor room also remembered Bubble's name the next morning, which was very sweet of him. The best doggie bit is the dog park at the back of the hotel, perfect for a safe mini-walk. For humans, breakfast was served in the Orange Grove restaurant and although it is a large catering space, everything we needed was there, from yoghurt to croissants to Epirus pastries. There's parking on site, a pool for the summer and a spa should you be so inclined. We'll definitely stay here again, this was an excellent stay on all counts.

My recent stay at Hotel Epirus Palace was really disappointing. I expected a lot more from a supposedly top-notch hotel, but it fell far short. - SPA ISSUES Let's talk about the spa first. Most good hotels let you use the sauna for free after a workout, but not this one. They charge a big 20 euros per person each day, so it's 240 euros for two people for six days. It's not fair to make guests pay so much for basic stuff. Anyway, on my birthday, my friends surprised me with a jacuzzi session. But it turned out the hotel hadn't told me about it because they were waiting for the money to arrive in their bank account. My friends even showed them the payment proof, but the hotel still hesitated to confirm. They finally told me about the surprise just one day before we checked out, as that's when they got the money. So I had to change my plans quickly if I were to enjoy my birthday present. - ROOMS Now, onto the rooms. I stayed in one of their "comfort rooms," but there was nothing comfortable about it. The TV was tiny and outdated, the room felt old and there wasn't even a coffee machine, which you'd expect even in cheap places like Airbnbs. - BUSINESS CENTER Trying to get some work done was another headache. When I asked to use a meeting room for just two hours for a work call, they demanded a ridiculous 80 euros. It's clear they care more about squeezing money out of guests than providing good service. -BREAKFAST Breakfast was good, but the waiters were hardly around. I won't dwell on the first two days when the hotel was packed because of the bank holidays, but for the rest of our stay, the hotel was practically empty. So there's no reason the waiters should have been busy. I couldn't get anyone to bring me coffee unless I got up, searched for them, and asked. - STAFF The worst receptionist was the woman on the night shift. Every conversation with her seemed to go nowhere. She even bluntly stated that they were understaffed and couldn't accommodate my business needs. Then, on the third day, all the lights on my floor were off. When I politely informed her at the reception, she responded without even looking at me, "Yeah, we'll check it out." Another time, I asked the staff not to enter my room to change the sheets because I had my pet in the room and I didn't want anyone to frighten it. Instead of reassuring me, she remarked, "I hope your pet won't be noisy by barking." I have a cat. Later that night, a group of students checked into the hotel, and the noise they made all night was unbearable. - FINAL THOUGHTS Honestly, I have no idea who this hotel is meant for. It's far from anything interesting to do, and it's not suitable for business travelers either because of the lack of support and amenities. Overall, my experience at Hotel Epirus Palace was a total letdown. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money for nothing in return. It was definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The staff was not polite neither willing to offer us the things they should. The service was unacceptable and the room dirty. We found a used shampoo bottle in the shower. We all had the same experience with this hotel and we wouldn’t visit again. Also, the staff was impolite and disrespectful towards us. The buffet was poor in options and the quality of the foods unpleasant.

We stayed at the hotel for one night as part of an organized trip. The room was big, clean and tidy. The bathroom and toilet are clean. We lacked a coffee corner in the room Dinner and breakfast were good. There are some nice curiosities in the dining room and it was nice to hear birds chirping in it. The dining room is in a different building from the bedrooms building and you have to pass through a beautiful and flowery courtyard at the end of which is the swimming pool. There is a small but very important problem!!! When leaving the dining room. There are "steps" about 1 cm high between each other and their color is light and gives the feeling as if it were a normal sidewalk. My wife did not notice this, fell and sprained her ankle (thank God it was not a fracture). When I pointed this out to the clerk The reception and I said that it was necessary to put a black tape at the end of each step that also prevents slipping, I didn't get any response.
