酒店環境不錯，設施設備新並且有智能控制，對於我來説也太友好了，電視、空調、窗簾、電燈都不用手開關.聽音樂更方便了。停車場隨便停，前台服務很好，值得表揚，衞生乾淨，住着着放心！點贊

其他的就這樣，但是看電視要要掃碼買一日會員就很誇張，問前台説沒辦法，他們維也納就是這樣的，好一個就是這樣😢衹要想看電視就衹能購買騰訊視頻酒店版一日會員 ，大概17元，如果是日常騰訊軟件 我可以登陸自己原有的會員，但是這個是騰訊視頻會員版、衹能付費觀看、也太不合理了，入住酒店小童牙刷小童拖鞋這些沒有就算了，連看電視都要另外花錢，福安文旅該管管了！真的很掉好感！

環境還可以，就是晚上讓他送水，7點多送到9點都沒送。第二天出門下雨，車子在外面，也不會派個保安説撐雨傘送一下上車，連自己想拿酒店雨傘都要付費
