After a long time without moving its own tube, the other person’s tube moved and it collapsed and died😰. . . Then I couldn't adjust the drying time. I wanted to pause it halfway through drying, but the door couldn't be opened and there was no prompt. . . There is no phone in the laundry room, so if you want to ask for help from customer service, you have to run downstairs. Compared to other all-season models, it is easy to use. The machine only has a few knobs to select the program, time, and temperature. It is simple and clear, and even the elderly can use it.
