Meitei No Yado Hotel Koshien

Although the location is far from the city, the environment is comfortable and beautiful. The room is much larger than expected, clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and very caring about customers' needs and assistance. The food is rich and delicious. It is worth going again 👍

After checking in, I asked the woman at the front desk if I wanted water, but she told me to buy it from a vending machine outside the premises as there were no vending machines or shops. (This was the first time I was told there was no water in a hotel.) I went to a convenience store in the distance and bought some water, but since there wasn't a cup in the room, I got a paper cup from the lobby and went back to my room. Afterwards, in the lobby, a woman who appeared to be the landlady told other guests that there were so many paper cups just a while ago, but someone just took them all away, and now there aren't that many.What is the use of having so many paper cups? "I guess so," he said in a mocking tone. As expected, I couldn't keep quiet, so I asked for a glass to drink water from, and explained that it wasn't a sloppy drink, but that it was about 4 cups for the two of us. The extremely rude landlady goes out of her way to talk bad about a guest to another guest in the lobby without considering the possibility that she might be nearby (and treated her like a paper cup thief). This is the first time I've had such an unpleasant experience.

たくさんの貸切施設があって楽しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんも笑顔が素晴らしかったです！ 新しい部屋も出来てるみたいなので今度はその部屋に泊まってみようと思います。
