The restaurant in the hotel is very large in area, because it serves guests from two related hotels. There is an unpleasant odor in the restaurant that can be noticed immediately upon entering, probably due to chemical treatment. The restaurant is very noisy, as chairs make loud noises when pulled out from tables, plus very noisy English pensioners, although the local Spanish ones try to keep up with them. The food is very monotonous, boring, and becomes tiresome after 3 days. Breakfast is especially dull, and although there seems to be a choice for lunch and dinner, the food itself is tasteless. It's mass-produced, I would say conveyor-belt food, designed for quantity rather than quality. The food is also very greasy - pasta floats in cold water, fish is all in oil, fried eggs are swimming in oil to the point you could blot/soak them, and the meat/fish is fatty. It's very unhealthy food, and this is the biggest drawback. In addition, we saw a fat cockroach near the "cakes and pastries" section - see the photo. And if you want to see cockroaches upfront, just open the lid of the ice cream compartment, and you'll see about half a dozen cockroaches crushed by the lid itself, which no one even bothers to clean up. Dishes are often greasy, with food remnants, with some yellowish stains on the plates. The coffee is simply terrible. The juice is artificial. Desserts are tasteless. Overall, the impression is very negative - we were so reluctant to eat in the hotel restaurant that despite having paid for full board, we were forced to eat in restaurants in town. The hotel owners need to decide: either they want to save money, whatever the outcome may bw or they need to change the chef because this food is inedible. We do not recommend this hotel - it has only one positive aspect: it's a two-minute walk to the beach, and that's where it ends. The sound insulation in the hotel is poor, all doors slam, and the staff is quite helpless. You'll end up more tired than rested! Overall, we rate it a C minus.

Spent four nights at Hotel Monarque Cendrillón (booked 2 rooms as we are a family of 4). We were given rooms on the 1st floor as requested. Adrian and Raul on the reception were very kind and helpful. We were on all inclusive and thought it was good value. Crisps and icecream /lollies were also available. All inclusive was on until midnight. We only ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel, buffet style. The restaurant staff were very friendly. There was a little entertainment at night, live music, mainly elderly Spanish guests took part. No problem getting a sunbed at 10am, the gardens are quite spacious. We had stayed at Fuengirola Park 10 years ago - it's still very similar apart from all inclusive option now. We would return as we like more typically Spanish hotels, but it is situated in the quieter area of Torreblanca, so it's not for you if you're wanting to party!

Good and bad here first of all its close to the beach but only one or two decent bars with no entertainment except sports on tv - Monaghans was the best secondly the hotel is clean and the staff a really friendly but then the bad the beds are rock hard and so is the pillar and its not a walk in bath/shower you have to climb in it becomes very slippy after shower and no shower mat. Now as for entertainment the hotel was full to the brim of really old pensioner spanish people and the entertainment three times a week for a spanish singing due in their mid 60s and flamenco dancers nothing on at all during the daytime the food is ok some better days than others wish microwaves not recommended for anyone under 40 hope this helps

The hotel was okay food wasn't that great! Not a lot of selection. Rooms were comfortable and clean, pool was lovely. Beach not far to walk too and pubs but not very many on the beach front. Enjoyed our stay but would go to this location again. Train station close by.

You have to enter thru Hotel Monarque Fuengirola Park at the back. Their reception then tell you to make your way to Cendrillon reception by yourself...even though you don't have a clue, after the useless instructions they give to get rid. What a reception...excuse the pun! So off we went...and ended back at the same place. Eventually a member of staff accompanied us. I think ALL the staff need retraining on basic customer service, especially in the Hospitality Industry. I booked this hotel based on the detail on their website & TripAdvisor stating room safe & minibar included. When queuing this on check in was told safe is extra charge, and 'minibar' is actually an empty fridge....but still she called it a 'minibar'. I suggested to her to update this to 'free fridge' which she still tried to correct me... Anyway on to the room....dated & old. The shower bracket holding the shower only faced the wall, and kept going cold...with a pressure that didn't have the strength to move the soap...Good grief! It had TV, AC and a balcony over the old reception which they closed...and this was full of cigarette stubbs and debrie. On to the food...we were on All Inclusive during out 3 day stay. Surprisingly the food was good, and a good variety...Even though ot was catered for the Spanish who were the majority of the guests. Sunbathing...this finished at 6pm on the dot...and the pool staff would remind you to vacate. The beds were then stacked up away...leaving just the parasols. Entertainment- This was all in Spanish, even the ABBA songs...boy do the Spanish take their dancing seriously...it was like Strictly. The guests were the entertainment! The beach is literally 5mins walk either thru a subway or cross the road. The hotel provides free parking, but you need to ask for a card key to access it. This is also at the back where the entrance is. Would I stay here again...yes, as it was cheap & cheerful.

Plenty of reviews of this hotel.remember this this hotels pool , restaurant, garden and facilities are all used by the much larger sister hotel fuengirola park. Staff are fantastic, the place is spotless. Five stars 💐 Hotel rooms for two very acceptable, yes shower is a hose but still good.If you have a room facing the main road you will need ear plugs. Road noise really loud.you will have to use them in any room as when people come and go in this hotel when I was there they were loud. All inclusive means alot of drunk and noisy people, not the hotel s fault. Food I loved, five stars 🤩🤩 Overall a really good hotel..but ear plugs a must.

7 days spent in this hotel, it exceed my expectations food Is fantastic as is the staff which are so friendly and welcoming from front of house to dining to cleaning staff.Facilities are fantastic the only downside is the size of rooms and bathrooms they are small for a family but on the upside they are cleaned and fresh towels every day. Central to all the amenities. Would definitely come back.
