Looking for this trouble, my understanding, such a large and complex construction, the hotel can not know the time in advance, since there are unaffected rooms, why can't we arrange for us to go to other buildings when we check in, or let us know when we check in, If we recognize that we are willing to bear these, and then say that the hotel as party A, I think there is no possibility that the construction cannot be temporarily suspended... I have no choice but to contact Trip.com to intervene in communication, but in the end, the room manager still said that after coming, I could not solve the refund of my room fee... Seriously, It is very important to rest well when you go out, let alone when you are extremely unwell, no one wants to find trouble, refunding fees is not the purpose, and the attitude of solving problems is particularly important.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Famen Temple. It takes no more than 10 minutes to walk there. Even though the room is relatively small and the decoration is old, the hygiene is still in place. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave us directions to find a parking space and so on. The hotel parking is right on the side of the road. Although it is relatively empty, since there are no designated parking spaces, I still ask the front desk for guidance. She went back to the switchboard and didn’t open it. After half an hour, she called again. I was very impatient to say that the host was broken. I was looking for someone to repair it. Anyway, I didn’t repair it all night. I suspect that she didn’t find someone to open the host at all. Save money for the boss, I don't know if other customers are anti-freeze or no landline contact the front desk. If they reflect collectively, they will definitely solve the problem.
