房間挺不錯的，洗澡水也很大，乾淨整潔！特別點贊一下酒店的接送站服務，特別是回程 因為考試原因 早早就退房到考場，考過後因為要趕高鐵聯繫了酒店，也非常熱情的指派司機來考場接我趕到了高鐵站 十分貼心的服務！好評噢！

設施：該有的基本上都有停車也比較方便，這個沒得説，但是前台電話座機3333打不通，衹能換手機打，天氣乾燥多拿來瓶水要收費，要麼讓你給好評。
衞生：打掃的也比較乾淨，還是可以的。
環境：位置比較偏，吃飯的不多，趕上結婚，比較吵。
服務：最讓我來氣的這就是這個，差的要死，21號下午那個戴眼鏡的前台，辦入住一句話都不願意説，全程冷臉，什麼都不説房卡往桌子上一扔，你可以告訴我電梯在哪兒？早餐幾樓？基本的服務設施介紹一下可以吧？
22號早上因為房間需要取電，房卡就沒拿，然後去問另外前台要一張房卡都沒有了，偌大的酒店，多餘處的房卡都沒有？另外，這位前台還和客人理直氣壯的講這個事情，這個本來就是你們的責任好吧，然後溝通過程態度一樣的差。
請問貴酒店員工到崗之前是否有進行基礎禮儀培訓？？？

出差過來入住，提前和酒店預約了小管家接車服務，當時高鐵票還訂錯了。客服又打電話給我。讓我避免弄錯了車票日期。太感謝了。到了車站司機早早的等候了。還免費給我升級了浴缸套房。臨走時候還有送站服務。總之百分百好評。下次出差一定還來入住
