第一次來扶溝，選擇了這家酒店，體驗感很不錯，位置離高鐵南站也很近，打車非常方便。
前台小姐姐服務態度很好，很熱情，入住還送了伴手禮小零食，很好吃。
早餐有河南特色的胡辣湯，味道不錯。
房間很大，中式特色，夜裡也比較安靜，整體來説都很滿意。

入住體驗超棒！滿身疲憊從高鐵站趕到這個酒店，進入酒店第一眼，前台熱情的歡迎和温暖茶水，細緻入微的溝通，讓人感覺特別舒服，進入房間，房間乾淨程度滿分，床品柔軟得像雲朵，房間還有空氣凈化器，關鍵還有胖東來礦泉水免費飲用，配置很齊全，關鍵是服務不敷衍，有求必應。早餐也很豐富，胡辣湯，豆漿，牛奶，小米粥都有，麪點都是現做的，口味很棒！尤其是離店時，工作人員還貼心準備了伴手禮，細節控直接被拿捏！下次出差來扶溝，絕對首選這個酒店！

最近入住了仟那酒店扶溝人工湖店，體驗感簡直遠超預期！從踏入酒店大堂開始，就能感受到設計的用心——木質元素與暖光照明營造出雅緻氛圍，前台工作人員面帶微笑主動問候，辦理入住時還貼心提醒周邊景點和用餐推薦，細節處盡顯專業與温度。
預訂的房更是驚喜滿滿：推開窗就能看到人工湖的波光粼粼，傍晚坐在臨湖飄窗邊，看夕陽餘暉灑在湖面，氛圍感直接拉滿！房間內設施齊全且質感在線，智能馬桶、恆温花灑等細節提升了居住舒適度，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠無壓力。最讓我喜歡的是房間裏的茶台，配有酒店的特色茶葉，閑暇時泡上一壺，對着湖景放空，愜意極了～
酒店的餐飲也值得點贊。早餐提供中西結合餐食，胡辣湯、等本地小吃地道可口。特別誇誇餐廳工作人員，看我帶了小朋友，還貼心詢問是否需要加熱牛奶，這份細心讓人倍感温暖。

酒店的早餐種類挺多的，炒飯，炒菜，包子，粥，玉米，酸奶等等口味都不錯。

第一次住扶溝的仟那酒店，一進大堂就是滿滿的中式典雅風格，剛進去就聽到一聲心靈之音——空靈鼓，它的聲音空靈，悠遠，彷彿能穿透靈魂。帶你進入一個寧靜的世界。酒店從大堂的裝飾到房間的佈局，每一處都散發著中式文化的魅力，酒店把琴棋書畫茶的元素完美的與現代科技融合，房間內裝飾精緻典雅。木質的傢俱，古典的燈具，每一處都彰顯着品質與品味。在這不僅是住宿，更是在感受一場中式美學的魅力。
房間內設施也非常齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，床鋪柔軟舒適，睡覺特別舒服。房間內有獨立的沙發，沉香和茶桌茶椅，在這樣舒適雅緻的環境下，燃一炷香、沏一泡茶，閲一本書，簡直美哉。而且還配備有胖東來的飲用水非常不錯的。
酒店的早餐更是不容錯過，有當地特色胡辣湯，豆糝（豫東當地的一種特色菜品）也有西式餐品。菜餚豐富多樣。
這次的入住體驗非常滿意，酒店服務態度非常好，員工始終保持着親切的微笑，很有親和力，無論是辦理入住還是退房都非常專業高效。
前台還配備了超聲波清洗機，給我們這些戴眼鏡的提供了非常便利的幫助。退房的時候還送了仟那定製的伴手禮。

酒店的設施非常完善，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，隔音效果很好。讓人能夠得到充分的休息，無論是空調電視還是洗浴設施都表現出色，滿足了我的需求。
衞生方面也做的非常好整個酒店乾淨整潔，給人一種一塵不染的感覺。酒店內還有機器人配送，既保護了人的私隱安全，點的外賣又能快速的送達。
