1、訂了七個房間，辦入住需要停車，沒有停車位，詢問前台，前台不耐心，多問兩邊就很煩躁
2、僅自己住的一個房間而言，拖鞋一穿上就有個洞，配套的洗髮水劣質得都不起一點泡泡
3、房間配的插座充電困難，幾個充電器都試了，開始能充上，半夜就充不了電了
4、房間隔音非常差，半夜五六點隔壁房間開窗喝酒，大聲喧嘩，打電話給前台，前台根本不接電話，沒有辦法入睡
總體來説，體驗感非常差，兩百多的房間，住出了睡馬路的感覺

服務態度很差，我們到福海之前已經在攜程上面定好房，結果到酒店已經十一點多了，一進酒店吧枱的美女嚷嚷着沒房（我們已經交錢定好的），態度還惡劣，讓我們退房，無緣無故發脾氣！！！！
住個酒店還被甩臉子！！！

前台少數名族小姐姐服務態度特別好，特別熱情，説話也温柔，房間乾淨，停車位也免費提供，這個酒店又在市中心，出門也方便！下次來還選這家酒店

房間隔音很差，樓上洗漱時水管噪音吵得無法入睡，房間沒有飲用水，是從網上訂房以來體驗最差的一次。
