Al Bahar Hotel & Resort

I had a wonderful stay at Al Bahar Hotel & Resort. The hotel was neat, clean, and very well maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is great, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and facilities. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast, which was excellent and offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fujairah.

Rooms were clean and fresh. The floors of the room were a little bit dirty but I guess that's what you get when you stay in a resort by the sea. We got a room with a city view and it was great. Service wasn't the best as they were fairly slow during check in (not their fault as perhaps the systems were old and slow). The staff were doing whatever they can do we appreciate that. Amenities were great - sauna, spa, gym and pool were all lovely. Family oriented location and amazing for a quick getaway!

They should be flexible about cancelation on emergency situation

I stay in pool side view room and it is wonderful outside ocean view... Hotel staffs are kind and specialist for guests..

Dear Al Bahar Hotel & Resort Management, RE: Feedback Regarding Stay Experience 25–28 May 2026 (PIN 9402 / Booking No. ****************) I would like to formally share my feedback regarding my recent stay from 25–28 May 2026, which unfortunately did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. 1- The check-in experience was unpleasant due to combining check-in and check-out guests at the same front desk, resulting in excessive waiting times. 2- No cold water was available at the beach and pool areas. 3- Charging guests for ice, as advised by staff under management instructions, reflects a very poor image for a 5-star property. 4- Breakfast service suffered from insufficient staffing compared to the number of guests, leading to poor attention and slow service. 5- There was an unpleasant smell noticeable across different areas of the hotel. 6- Overall service quality appeared very low, with staff showing a lack of experience and professionalism. 7- Room service food quality was poor, with little attention given to guest-specific requests and order details. 8- Housekeeping standards were disappointing, with rooms frequently lacking towels and cleaning quality below expectations. 9- Feedback points raised during the stay were left unattended by staff and by the General Manager, Mr. Basem. Due to the overall poor experience, we found ourselves leaving the hotel to dine at nearby malls instead of enjoying the hotel facilities. Nice room with beautiful view to the Indian Ocean! Just a bit noisy due to the party around pool.
