The moment I arrived, and it was my first time booking with them, the Arab girl at the reception desk – her colleague told her there was a customer, but she was outside the counter talking to another employee. Her colleague repeated himself, and she just yelled 'OKAY' loudly. I really didn't like that at all. She saw there were two of us and put us in a room adjacent to another room, which was incredibly noisy, with people gathered in there watching matches. Where is management regarding this issue? Also, the room was far from the elevator, and I had specifically requested one close by. And even though I was promised a room with a pool view, she gave me a room where a wall covered the entire view – absolutely no view at all. On the second day, when it was time to check out, they called my room and mobile phone to rush me out. Finally, when I got to the reception, the same employee was on the phone and completely ignoring me until the same person called me over to finish. The indifference was extreme; I really didn't like it at all.

The location is good, but everywhere around the hotel, you see Indians and a mess. For tourists, you check in and basically don't leave the hotel. I happened to be there during high waves, so out of four days, I only managed to swim for two hours. Breakfasts are decent, no seafood though. It's more cost-effective to book a complete tour package right away.

The service is attentive, the environment is elegant, the bedding is comfortable, breakfast is plentiful, and it's convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money. Five-star recommendation!

I couldn't have breakfast because there was no available seating due to overcrowding, and the breakfast area was completely disorganized.
