Very Good value for money! With welcome drinks (juice & house wines) & snacks. Fusion fine dining dinner mixed with Japanese & western style, decent presentation & taste good. Cozy room setting with high quality drinks ware. Due to bad weather, we didn’t use the outdoor bath tub but we believe that it should have the FJ Mountain view. The 5 different hot-spring private rooms are special, no reservation is required & we tried the hot stone chair & felt good! The hot-spring section also provides to ice lolly & drinks. Buffet as the Morning breakfast with variety of foods but only serve till to 9:15am. Hotel pack up service with several time slots & operated on time.

This is so far the best experience I had in Japan, the bell boy was waiting for us in front of the hotel. We were specifically arrange a private room for our dinner and breakfast, unfortunately due to fogging we were unable to see Mt. Fuji during breakfast. The in-room onsen was really fantastic with Mt. Fuji view.

Another nice hotel we stayed in is here Hotel Route Inn. Everything was great. View frm our room is magnificient. And the best thing is they have a private onsen that u can use with a fee. And very affirdable too!! Every staff is so helpful and polite. 🥰

It's really amazing to live in this hotel. Mount Fuji is unobstructed. It's so stunning. Sitting on the balcony, facing Mount Fuji, drinking coffee and eating snacks, this feeling is really unique. There is also a hot spring on the fifth floor. Soaking in the hot spring facing Mount Fuji, that feeling is intoxicating. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the sunrise over Jinshan, which is great. I especially like the front desk service. The shuttle bus has a dedicated person to help you with your luggage. Five stars are not enough.

The hotel is located just across the Kawaguchiko Station. The owner and its staff were extremely friendly. We booked the room with Mt Fuji View.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Japan. Hospitality, cleanliness and food were perfect. Best value for a all-inclusive onsen resort by the lake. Staff were friendly and attentive. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. They received us from the carpark and got our baggage for us. When we left, they made sure to carry our luggage to the car. Rooms and the guest onsen were clean, big and spacious, with propery air-conditioning and heating. It also has a good view of mount Fuji from the room balcony (though unfortunately it was raining for the 2 days which I was there) The food was amazing as well, there were so many choices and we were left stuffed after both dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend anyone this all inclusive hotel if you have the chance.

Location: Minutes away from Gem museum if you are taking the red line bus. It's located right beside the kawaguchi lake. Room: Very very big room enough to lay 5 futon if require. Furniture looks dated but functional and the room is kept very clean and tidy. Needs a physical key to access the room though. Has view of Kawaguchi lake and Mount Fuji by the window. That itself is already worth the money paid for. Food: Booked the room with Dinner and breakfast included and I would recommend anyone that books the place to do so as well, very sumptuous spread and delicious too. There is onsen within the hotel too with indoor and outdoor pool. Highly recommended for anyone considering a hotel in kawaguchi.

Great location with bus stop right in front of us. We got lake view, which was quite nice too. Breakfast was okay, bbq dinner was great. Staff was very kind and helpful. We eat less beef, and they were able to arrange more chicken for us the next day. Couldn’t try out the public bath and wine tasting due to the kids. The only thing was no laundry service available. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you!

The hotel breakfast and dinner were rich and delicious, the restaurant overlooked Mount Fuji, but it was raining on the day of our stay so we couldn't see it! After parking, there were hotel staff to help carry luggage, and children were given small gifts, which was very courteous.

Came to Mount Fuji for vacation with my mother and stayed for two nights. The room was very clean! The service was also very good. I experienced teppanyaki and spa. The spa was average, but the teppanyaki was delicious!
