Really close to the bus station. I chose this hotel as I'd planned to trek Fuji and it was the right side of the mountain for transport up to the 5th station.
Nice place. Peaceful with very generously sized rooms. Very comfortable.

I was mentally prepared for the facilities in a small town not being great, but at least basic hygiene should be there. There were stains on the sheets and duvet. This room was made up of two single beds pushed together, so why was there only one duvet? The bedding was also very basic, just a sheet draped over the duvet. All in all, it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Japan.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the location isn't remote. There's a Vietnamese restaurant downstairs. If you're coming from Kawaguchiko Station, it's a bit of a walk (950m), and the path is narrow, which might be inconvenient with luggage. South of the hotel, there's a small shopping mall (500m), and next to it are Sushiro and Sukiya. North of the hotel takes you to Lake Kawaguchiko and the station. I recommend renting an e-bike from a shop near the station and cycling around the lake.

Basic, big & clean room. Nearby Kawaguchi station, just 15 min walk. Mt Fuji just infront this hotel, can take photo daily😁. Convenient store nearby.

For the second and third nights of our Tokyo trip, we booked accommodation in a beautiful and very convenient location, easily accessible to all major attractions, including convenience stores, shopping malls, and all types of public transportation. The staff provided excellent service. What impressed us most was waking up to the view of Mount Fuji from our bedroom – it was truly breathtaking. Overall, it was great and we highly recommend it.

Superb Fuji Mount view from the hotel! Affordable and free traditional Japanese breakfast! Free parking too for those who rented a car. Everything is a few minutes drive from the hotel.
