Good location, very near to Family Mart but it’s situated in the main road, causing k
loud noises. Insufficient amenities e.g. trash bin, shampoo, shower gel.

A very good experience for the family. Nearby the shops and shopping in general after it get dark. The onsen was fantastic!. Peaceful and picturesque location.
The breakfast was adequate.
I would stay here again at my next visit.

Location wise is a bit far from kawaguchiko station with not a lot of restaurants around the area, and food was not available when I tried to enter the restaurant without a reservation. Cleanliness was good, and the staff was kind enough to help to book a cab as it was hard for me to get one through ride hailing apps.

Check into the Enno-Mori Hotel Kawaguchiko. If you don’t use Trip Navigation, Google will lead you to the Enno-Sha Hotel in Yamanakako. My friend and I drove about 40 minutes to and from the two hotels. We stayed at the Kawaguchiko Hotel. The room was brightly lit, but if you check in at night, you need to be very careful to find the parking lot because the signs are not very clear.

A very suitable city for relaxation. You can see Mount Fuji on the island. You can take a hot spring bath. The bed is very big. It's the first time I saw such a big bed in Japan. Although it's a bit far, the pick-up service is in place

You can see Mount Fuji from outside the hotel room. The hotel room is very comfortable.
However, there is a slight smell in the toilet and the breakfast selection is slightly inferior, but the price is cheap and I would like to stay here again next time.
