從火車站，客運站步行至酒店約15分鐘，酒店前台服務熱情，房間特別乾淨，舒適，冬季入住供暖很好。早餐也很豐盛，味道不錯，推薦入住！！

對比其他城市，這個城市的酒店服務意識還需要進一步提升。
房間不隔音，保潔員在走廊大聲説話完全不顧及住店客人有沒有在休息；
進出電梯和你搶着進出；
且每天衹提供2瓶冰露，想再多要幾瓶，被告知不可以，我們這就這規定；
過年期間早餐也沒有但是價格收的是含早餐的價；
但這應該是建三江最好的酒店了，如果有更好的就不會選擇這了
