This hotel's location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from Fujisawa Station. The rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly. There are all sorts of restaurants, pharmacies, and a large supermarket nearby. If you're planning to take a bus to Lake Kawaguchiko the next day, staying here is an excellent choice.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a very comfortable experience. I really appreciated the 11 AM check-out time. And having breakfast included was a huge plus. The staff, especially at reception, were all incredibly kind, pleasant, and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. Both the hotel and the room were very stylish. Although the room was on the smaller side, it had everything I needed, and extra amenities could be picked up on the first floor by the elevator. The breakfast area also doubles as a cafe and restaurant, and it was also very chic with terrace seating available. For breakfast, you can choose between a hot dog or all-you-can-eat bread. There were also healthy options like salad, râpées (grated carrot salad), yogurt, and several types of soup, all available for self-service. I only had two minor concerns. While it's very convenient being close to the station and several convenience stores, I could often hear street noise at night. This isn't the hotel's fault, just people outside, but it might bother some guests. Also, the room curtains were a bit thin and short, so the room became bright in the morning as it got light outside, which woke me up. I think it would be better if they had blackout curtains that were a bit larger. However, overall, I had a very satisfying stay. Thank you!

The hotel lobby and reception area felt more like a public bathhouse; I actually thought I'd entered the wrong place at first. On the plus side, the hotel's location is very close to the metro station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, the hotel breakfast's bread is portion-controlled, with only one serving per person, which doesn't align with the expectation of a buffet.

The room environment was just so-so. One wall wasn't decorated, which needs improvement. The bed was a spring mattress, quite soft, which I'm not really used to.

Close to the station, and the room was stylish and clean. We had a twin room, but the beds were semi-double, offering plenty of space and just the right firmness, so I slept soundly. Also, the breakfast, which I hadn't expected much from (given the price), was delicious. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Horrible hotel. It seems they spent their entire budget on merchandise instead of guest comfort. The spa costs 2000 yen for an hour and a half, and the bar is only for guests on VIP floors, which is somehow not mentioned anywhere. This hotel completely ruined my vacation. Such a waste of time and money.

First time here and I really liked it. The room was small but quite clean, and you could see the sea nearby. The price was great value for money, I'd choose this place again next time.

Unfortunately, I had to skip breakfast due to an early departure. I heard it was delicious, so that's a shame. Looking forward to trying it next time! The room was very clean and the interior design, inspired by the coast, was lovely. The location close to the station is a big plus. The staff were friendly and the amenities were more than sufficient.
