Gion stn exit 2. No escalator or lift at that exit. This is an unmanned hotel. Self service check in and check out using tablets. Had trouble checking in because could not find my reservation even after trying a few times. Called the operator using the link in the tablet and he helped resolved immediately. 1 laundry machine located next to the entrance. Free coffee from 7am to 8pm. Free breakfast too. Free towel and toileteries. Only 1 lift but I never had to wait long. No room cleaning service even if stay more than 1 night but can return and replace towel. I stayed 7 nights and got nothing to complain except the bidet in toilet not functioning.

I stayed at this place for 3 nights with my friends. The cleanliness inside and the location are really great. Unlike hotels, there are no additional services, but I didn't expect that when I booked, so I was really satisfied. I was worried that it would be difficult to check in because it was unmanned, but the first floor lobby was well-equipped with pads, so it was convenient to use for both check-in and check-out. And the river view from the balcony inside the room was really amazing. If I go to Fukuoka again, I would highly recommend staying at this place.
