Extremely bad experience, if I could give 0/5, I would.
This is a serviced apartment without any front desk concierge. You will only be given a PIN code and the room number.
Upon keying the PIN code at room 702 as described, there were people already occupying the unit, and we all were shocked beyond belief. (this was 12.30am)
We stayed outside the room to call the host for a long 22 minutes (long-distance call), 90% of which they just kept silent in the call, sometimes hearing laughter at our demise.
They had no solution for us, as they double-booked us and are fully booked. We had to spend another 3 hours going around hotels on foot/taxi, lugging our heavy luggage, to look for a room that can accommodate the 3 of us. Finally, only at 3.30am were we able to find a hotel with vacancy.
I would not even recommend this hotel/apartment to my greatest enemies, for this is too evil to do so even for the people I hate.

I didn't receive an email even 1 hour after check-in time. Fortunately, I contacted Trip.com's customer service center and received the password. The bed was turned off, but it doesn't affect sleeping. Although the details were dirty, my friends who went with me were all satisfied. The wifi is also fast. There is a hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. I liked it because it was wider than I expected. It's a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, and there's a Family Mart and 7-Eleven within a 3-minute walk!
