The room is spacious and big when compared with others similar hotel. Cleanliness is good. Only the water heater have slow heating and Low pressure. Overall still Worth for the stay.

The staff can communicate in English effectively. They are friendly and helpful. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Hakata station which is convenient.

Could have been cleaner…. The room was well organised but the carpet and couch were not clean and hot water was very slow and poor pressure.
