Whole hotel had this designer feel. With it came a perfumed aerosol. Great if you like this kind of stuff, hell if you are allergic to it (me). All rooms were around a hallway which had metal profile steps which made a lot of noice when you roll a suitcase over it. Very annoying in early morning when one after the another guest checked out. They also play music all day till 00.00 hour.
Location was hard to find. Only a small logo on the side wall which I discovered on the 2nd day. First day I found the hotel using gps. Even then it send me to the back alley around the corner first. It was that I had checked out the place on StreetView before booking, otherwise I would not have found it!
Plus points: good location to shopping and entertainment area. Historic sites close by. Easy connections to subway and trains.

The hotel is very stylish. There is a terrace on the roof, a common area, friendly staff. I was allowed to leave my suitcase after check-out.
The location is beyond praise.
The room itself is terribly inconvenient and uncomfortable. Even on the 4th floor you feel like you are in a basement. The cooler on the floor runs out quickly, you have to go to the common kitchen.
In general, for this money in Fukuoka - ok. But I would think about living here again when I come next time
