Hotel is clean and comfortable for stay. Staff are also helpful. Breakfast is available as early as 6.30 am for early flight. Location is not accessible by bus or train. Not an issue for travellers who rent their own cars. Car park is 5 min away and payable.

The room is very big. I was quite surprised when I walked in. It is the largest room I have stayed in since I came to Japan. The things are quite complete. It is not bad. It is very close to the Seaside Park and Fukuoka Tower. There is a convenience store at the door.

As for the room, it was obvious that it was getting old, but I was able to stay there comfortably. However, I could hear every sound from next door and in the hallway, so I wish they had taken some kind of soundproofing measures.
