📍Good location on small street, buzzin on weeknights, quiet on weekends. 🥢🍣Fantastic to have sashimi (raw) corner on the breakfast buffet, very fresh. Ramen station too. No egg station, no fruits. Fruit smoothie on weekends only. Small variety for them to name as “breakfast hotel”. 🛌Clean, good self-service amenities (toothbrush, shaver etc.) with various brand’s shampoo/conditioner to try, standard bathtub, water dispenser at lobby level, free ☂️umbrella loan service. Iron available upon request. Coin laundry available. Special discounted 🅿️parking rates at 2,000 JPY for nearby parking complex (paraca) or limited 4 parking spots in front of hotel. 5min Walking distance to bus stop that connects to Hakata station and 10min walk to Yatai stalls that are beside Canal City Mall. 5min walk to Kishida Shrine subway (on main line). 2min walk to Shopping arcade with lots of massage spots, Daiso and restaurants. 1min walk to 🛍️Don Don Donki straight ahead from hotel road.

Very conveniently located round the corner from Nakasukawabata Metro station which is a direct 4 stops from the Airport.
Walking distance to Canal City and Old Town Hakata via Kawabata Shopping Arcade.

The room is clean and big enough for our luggages. The breakfast matches the name of the hotel which meets our expectation. They serve dinner complimentary as well. Drinks are available all day.

Location is nice. Close to Metro, supermarket and Donki. Good service, cleanliness and amenities.
But beware of the safety from those drunken beings during late night or early morning because of this is nightlife area.
And it's really unfortunate that the breakfast quota is sold out.....

We booked this hotel for their breakfast and it didn't disappoint, easily the best breakfast buffet of our entire Kiushu trip. The hotel is narrow and situated between two buildings which made it a bit hard to find at first. We had a bid of trouble finding parking around but luckily got the last of three parking spaces in front of the hotel. The rooms were also very small, but we would stay here again for their breakfast buffet if ayce ikura is your thing.
