Recommeded for couple stay but not families. There is smoke smell as wronly selected the room type & the rest consider okay.

Checking in and out was easy and efficient, location is good Close to Tenjin shopping area. The bed is a little bit hard but it was ok. The mirror is in the way not easy to use. Anyway I enjoyed the stay.

The main drawback is that there was no way to open the window in the room, even slightly. it feels like a prison. the staff was generally not very friendly (but most staff could speak english). else nothing special
