We choice this hotel because of its location. Nice rooms, not too small as in Osaka and Kyoto. Kind stuff and good onsen. We had a good time there. I recommend it👌🏻

Great location, friendly staffs and it's nice to have a spa in the hotel for relaxation. They also have charging cable to lend. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was acceptable except the frequency of full room cleaning could be every three days instead of four. Secondly, the opening hours of spa in the morning could extend to 10 am. Thirdly, the free coffee served in the lobby should run until 10 am. Also, the coffee machine was broken down at 8:30 am or earlier and no replacement was there. It makes me wonder if they want to serve free coffee or not.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night in the summer. Everything was great- room, location, service and amenities. However, I was very disappointed about the cleanliness of the breakfast. I got food poisoning in the same day that I had the breakfast and it's likely to be the main cause of my illness.
