This is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my ten years of traveling in Japan. I have experienced both budget hotels and B&Bs with weak hardware, but this is the only hotel that made me feel full of malice.
There is no front desk and no staff. Check-in requires very complicated procedures (Figure 9-10). If everything goes well, it takes 15-20 minutes. When you encounter the peak check-in period, you may spend an hour, and the process is very confusing. Since the check-in process is complicated, you can reduce the inconvenience caused by check-in to the travel by informing in advance. However, there is no notification in the hotel details, and no email notification was sent actively. Even, there is no email address left. What's more, no one answered the phone, whether it was not check-in time or check-in time.
When checking in, the screen prompts that if there is any damage to the equipment in the house, the guest must report it within 2 hours after check-in, otherwise it will be considered as damage by the guest. After entering the door, I checked the air purifier, kettle, hair dryer and refrigerator. They were all working, but the water tank of the purifier was not placed normally. When using the hair dryer the next night, I found that the hair dryer had obvious cracks (Figure 6). After the email notification, they said they would check every day, but at least they didn't find anything. This is simply shirking responsibility. It is not the guest's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is in good condition. Now it feels like the guest is working for the hotel.
There is no furniture in the room except a shelf and a bunk bed. The lower bed is a mattress placed directly on the floor. I agree that the shelf is used as a table, but it is not equipped with a chair, which makes me clearly feel that this is deliberately inconvenient. There is no place in the room. There is a row of makeup mirrors on the wall in front of the shelf, but I kneel on the ground every day to complete the makeup action. (Figure 1-2) There are many other places in the hardware. Room 301 is a public area with a microwave and a large table. The table is really large and is only equipped with two stools that are almost as high as the tabletop (Figure 7-8). I can feel the subtext of the hotel owner to all guests: I hope you only pay money and only come back to sleep late at night, and you are not welcome to stay in my hotel.
It is recommended that Ctrip re-evaluate whether to cooperate with this hotel. This is not a hotel at all, it is at most a homestay.
