There was no information on where the tablet was at check-in, so I was worried until I got there. The desk was a foldable type, the Wi-Fi didn't work, condensation droplets appeared on the walls of the room, feathers from the comforter flew off and it was dusty, and the shower room was small, but I knew this in advance so it was acceptable. The room was small so I had no choice but to put my Boston bag etc. at the entrance (on the ground). There were no tissues, and although there was a washing machine, the only place to hang it was on the wire rope at the entrance, so it was almost impossible to hang it. Check-out was also done using the tablet in the room, but there was no menu displayed and it didn't work at all, so I emailed them just before the check-out and they said it was fine as long as I left the room by 11am. There were just too many flaws. The person in charge should do proper maintenance and check the room properly. I won't be coming back again.

First, I went with the kids.. It's a travel wallet and ㅠ card payment doesn't workㅡㅡso I quickly went to the convenience store to pay..and a fee;; Since it's unmanned...it's more of a hassle than a convenienceㅡㅜㄴ It took more than 15 minutes to catch the busㅡit was hard to go with the kidsㅠㅠ However, there was a spare bed so it was good for three people to sleep~~ It was also good because there was a washing machine and detergent^^

Boxi Hakata is an unmanned self-service hotel in the form of a container. At first, I was unable to check in as there was no one at the front desk. I had to use an iPad, but I couldn't find the reservation record and had to use the iPad to make a call. Need to pay 200 Yen tax, check-in is a bit troublesome. It's about 10 square meters, there's no wifi, the tablet in the room can't be used, and the air conditioning is weak. Fully equipped with microwave and washing machine. It is a bit far from Hakata Station and takes about 20 minutes to walk.

Check-in was smooth, but the tablet in the room didn't work at all, so I tried restarting it and using a different charger, but it didn't improve, so I emailed the general information center, and they replied in about 15 minutes and quickly solved the problem. The room is new, but there is a bit of a sewage smell and dust around the bed. If you don't mind that, I think it's comfortable. The nearby 24-hour paid parking is also easy to use and the cheapest in the area.
