Checked in room 506, but the toilet bowl is dirty, the towel used by previous customer still hanging in the washroom. So we requested for change the room. Finally we changed to 308 which everything is perfect. There are shuttle van from hotel to Hakata station. Room rate including breakfast.

We love their shuttle bus, it was so convenience to take between hotel and Hakata Train Station (every 15 mins). They also have a free shuttle bus from hotel to the airport.

I never write reviews on Ctrip, but I have to complain this time. I have been to Japan so many times, and this is the worst accommodation experience!
Service: If I can give 0 points, I will definitely not give 1 point. The two girls at the front desk are both arrogant. Although self-service check-in is understandable, you didn't say a word during the whole process. What does it mean to just point with your finger? It doesn't matter whether you have used their system before or not, they won't come to help you anyway. The attitude is also very indifferent, expressionless, and I feel like I owe her money.
Room: This time I came to catch up with a celebrity's concert in Fukuoka on the weekend. I originally stayed at Crowne Plaza, but there was no room on the weekend, so I had to book it casually. It's understandable that the room is small, but it's really eye-opening to see a room that is not the same as the picture for the first time.
