Pretty small. The shower water temperature is difficult to adjust and often very hot or very cold. And could not maintain the same temperature. Very small. There are washing machine for pretty cheap! (200 yen for 30min wash, 30 yen for detergent, 100yen for 30min dry)

Recommended place for solo travel
The windows are a little noisy, but it's cold even when the air conditioner is turned up!
It's right in front of you when you get out of Exit 6 of Gion Station!
