Hotel established in 1969, so pretty old inside. Room not perfectly clean, can see some grime
However good equipment (japanese toilet), polite staff, a small but free breakfast and not far from a very nice park.

This is an old and simple hotel located near the big lake park.
The room only have basic and old funitures, even without a chain to lock the door from inside.
The stuff are very nice and patient to listen to foreigners.
The hotel offers simple free breakfast every day, which is a quite good point in Japan considering the cleanness.

Good for solo travellers during cherry blossom viewing as it is located in between Nishi Park and Fukuoka Castle Ruins. Just walking distance towards the parks and Ohori Train Station. Check out is early at 10am but they have free luggage storage!

Location a couple of blocks from the Ohori Park metro station. The people at the counter were very nice. Room has futtons, comfortable enough. Has private bathroom. Breakfast is two pieces of bread and boiled eggs. Plenty of restaurants around it, as well as Ohori Park.

The hotel service was good. During check-in, I was asked if I needed a hairdryer, but I didn't, so I said no. I stayed for one night, and I found the room quite comfortable, although the hotel building was old, and the room heater wasn't very warm.
