I think it is good for a short stay but not for long as it is a little small, but overall, quite a decent airbnb style of room.

I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days on a family trip.
Self-check-in was easy, the location was right in front of Exit 5 of Gion Station, and I was very satisfied with the restaurants nearby. There was a ******** right in front of the accommodation, so I went to check it out.
It was not far from the Nakasu River, and the location was really good.
However, when you enter and leave, it was a bit embarrassing because there was no space to take off your shoes.
When you open the front door, the room is right there.
It's an American-style accommodation.

It was difficult to handle the problem when checking in with a tablet. Check-in and check-out had to be done by the tablet by yourself. It was different from traditional accommodation. You had to prepare the information in advance to avoid confusion.
