It’s a nice guest house in South Korean style and many tenants from there. It was quiet and warm, in a very quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfy. It is a bit far from central spots but you can take the bus. Hair drier was a bummer early in the morning, but it is acceptable.

Conclusion first: Recommended to stay ☝🏻
First of all, the host responded quickly. There is an electronic lock outside the door. It will light up when you click it first. If you enter the wrong number, it is recommended to wait for it to go out before entering again (it seems there is no delete key, please take your time.
Using Google Map is not very accurate, especially at night when the road is quite dark and the buildings are hard to see clearly. Anyway, when you see 711, turn in and the house is on the right. The building with lots of bicycles in the basement is the right one.
The house is similar to the pictures, fully equipped with disposable toothbrush bags (but I didn't use them since I brought my own), hair dryers and other things. The TV is watchable, not the kind that requires you to rent a DVD. It's a very clean place.
The bed is very comfortable, and the pillow is not the soft kind, which I like~ There is no noise around at night, and it is completely no problem to rest 👌🏻 Both beds have sockets, and there is another mop on the ground to the right of the microwave, which is very convenient for charging.
It is early spring now and the blanket alone is warm enough, so I can’t comment on the air conditioning without using it.
There is a washing machine on the terrace for drying clothes, and there are plenty of hangers in the closet so there won’t be enough. There are also clips for socks and the like on the terrace.
The toilet and bathroom are separated, the toilet is on the left and the bathroom is on the right. The toilet is a little narrow, but it is clean and smells good. The toilet seat is heated and warm. The toilet paper is the thickest I have ever used in Japan. Although it is still relatively thin, I guess it is one of the thickest in Japan🥺This is great. My favorite thing in the whole house is actually the toilet, although it is a bit narrow.
There is a kitchen and a microwave, as well as detergent and other supplies. It is also convenient to cook at aeon MaxValu nearby.
There is a 7-Eleven on the left when you go out, and there is also a Lawson at JR Minami-Fukuoka Station. If you go to Nishitetsu Zaxiangkuma Station, there will be two 711s along the way.
The transportation is generally convenient, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the above two stations. However, they are all straight roads and not difficult to walk on. Considering the housing prices, this distance is quite reasonable. If you take the JR sub rapid train, it only takes 5 minutes from Minami-Fukuoka to Hakata. The regular train takes about 12 minutes. You can take the Nishitetsu to Nishitetsu Tenjin Station, and you can also take the Nishitetsu directly to Dazaifu.
If you have large luggage, please be aware that some roads are narrow.
The following are the shortcomings: On the first night, I saw a very big cockroach in the toilet. It was scary. The host said that generally there are more mosquitoes and cockroaches are rare. We flushed the toilet and didn't see the second one afterwards so it must have been an accident.
There is no curtain in the bathroom, so the floor will get wet. Remember to put your slippers outside the door. The ventilation is slow and the water on the ground will not dry up even the next day.
In the next two days, mosquitoes were indeed quite common as the host said. They were big and had long legs and were easy to kill. 😂 Considering that there are mosquitoes in winter, there should be more in summer. If you don't open the terrace door unless necessary, it shouldn't be a big problem.
