Double Room was big enough for 2 people. Wifi was good and amenities were all available at the 2nd floor reception area. Breakfast was okay though offerings were a bit limited. Staff were kind and courteous. Just felt bad celebrating my mom’s birthday here. We’re used to getting a simple birthday greeting or a simple mini cake for the celebrant in most of the hotels that we stayed with (often 4 or 5 star) but I guess they have a different culture and we respect that. Overall stay was comfortable as the hotel is located at the center of Tenjin near the luxury stores and famous ramen restaurants.

Our corner room had a great view.( see below ) The staff spoke English and helped us with getting our taxis and suggested good restaurants nearby. They have a lot of amenities and rooms were super clean. I love their drip coffee which was free. Beds were comfortable and tap water was safe to drink. I like their soap and shampoo. everything was so good. I will definitely go back. Booking at trip.com made things easy also and had a good hotel rate thru trip.com.

Perfect location with 5mins walk to Hakata Station. Nice staff, room clean and tidy, size is good enough to pack your luggage. Hotel breakfast also delicious, will definitely stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended.
